Role Description:
As a Warehouse Specialist at BWT, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move pallets and materials.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Follow stacking procedures to optimize warehouse space.
- Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking boxes.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and forklift operation.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
- Benefits available after 90 days, including health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Scheduled Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
