We are looking to hire experienced Warehouse Specialists who have experience driving sit-down forklifts. Join us and contribute to a legacy where tradition meets innovation in the logistics landscape.

Role Description:
As a Warehouse Specialist at BWT, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts to move pallets and materials.
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
Follow stacking procedures to optimize warehouse space.
Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
Assist with additional warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking boxes.

Qualifications:

Valid forklift operator certification.
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and forklift operation.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Benefits and Compensation:

Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
Benefits available after 90 days, including health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Scheduled Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
